I want to simulate CVD(Chemical vapor deposition) process.
So I will use reactive flow module in ansys fluent.
But I want to know if I can consider motion of molecular pump blades.
I know about molecular pump just a litte.
molecules move and hit the blades. At the end, molecules stick, move and fall away.
Can I consider these motions in ANSYS FLUENT?
Does molecular pump use magnetic field?
