I intend to publish a chapter of my Master's Thesis in a upcoming conference which will happen next year in 2016... If I share my Master's Thesis in a platform like RG, will it jeopardize the prospect of my intended publication? I completed my Thesis recently in June 2015.
A peer-reviewed journal will not usually considered publication in conference proceedings of only an abstract to be "previous publication" of your work. I think my journal would consider a simple public posting of the abstract , such as on RG, in a similar manner. In your case, I think I would contact the people at the conference who are handling the chapter of your thesis and simply ask them, just to be sure.
I agree with Bethanie Rammer. But if you upload the whole thesis on RG or a similar media, many journals will refuse to accept it for revision.
I do not feel that it is wise to put up your thesis in public domain before publications from that as this may hamper your priority claim of findings.
La idea de publicar su tesis de Maestría es buena y positiva, ya que se difunde y socializa el conoimiento generado desde el proceso de investigación y permite que otras personas reflexionen sobre el contenido de la misma, y generen otras preguntas desde el problema que permiten seguir investigando sobre la temática en cuestión.
Las tesis no deben quedar en anaqueles sino permitir que desde el conocimiento generado se desarrollen ponencias, artículos y el tema siga profundizándose y se convierta en un conocimiento acumulado.
Yes, you can, because the owner of the content are you. However it depends on the rules of each publisher, to accept or not contents from a thesis.

It would reduce your chances to publish it elsewhere later on. Journals don't like the idea of being the place for a simple "reprint" of a previously printed text. That does not mean that you can not pick up a topic you have already dealt with, But an essay that is different from something that has already been published, that has something new to it compared to whatever has previously been published increases the probability of being considered for publication. And why would a journal that people have to pay for print something thats available for free elsewhere? So the question is: do you have to publish your master-thesis now? Couldn't you delay it? Do you have to use a part of it for next year's publication? Couldn't you just draw from your thesis and create something new? If you'd do that I don't see why there should be any problem with doing both, but trying to do both with the same text is difficult.

I think just an "abtract" will do. Consult with your adviser before posting the whole thesis on other platforms.
Doing this you will giving copyrights to anyone who may use it to their advantage. When you get to publishing you might be branded a copycat yet you are the original owner of the document with no evidence to support your allegations
Keep in mind that when you publish something on this platform, it gives you the option to generate a DOI number so you can cite it afterward. Also, it will allow you to protect the content of the material as the owner.
