Can I perform fluorescence spectrometry with 4 Tyrosine residues but no Tryptophan residue in 64 amino acids long protein?

I have purified the protein and want to do its CD and Fluorescence spectrometry, but I am stuck in the process of Fluorescence.

Suggest me the possible answer.
