Aodv code is already exists in ns3

AODV is pretty old and standard algorithm for routing in Adhoc networks. Its implementation is available in all the simulation software you mentioned.

For ns 2.35, you can find the source codes under ns-allinone-2.35/ns-2.35/aodv folder.

Ns2, Ns3 and omnet have implementations of AODV.
