I have to prepare thin film from polyaniline (emeraldine salt) powder, I need a suitable and easy method by chemical reaction, also I have to use the spin coating?

Samir, a free standing and *tansparent* film with Polyaniline is not possible. A free standing film is too thick to be transparent.
Moreover, even if you prepare a very thin film as a layer on some glass or PMMA, it is not colourless, it is transparent-green.
you wrote you want to make the film " from polyaniline (emeraldine salt) powder " - do you already have the PAni powder? If so, you will need to disperse it, then you can spin coat a film which will be green-transparent.

Bernhard Wessling , I dispersed The polyaniline (emeraldine salt) in NMP and I kept the solution in sonication to have a good dispersion, the solution wasn't conductive and the thin film which I made it with spin coating also not conductive, Do you have any suggestion for me to have a conductive thin film from that?, Thanks for your time ^_^
First, when you are dispersing something, the result is not a "solution" but a "dispersion".
Please let me know a) how much ES did you try to disperse? b) how did the resulting dispersion look like? c) when you stop somication, what happened?

Bernhard Wessling I tried 5 mg from ES/1 ml NMP, and 7.5 mg from ES/1 ml NMP,
The dispersion appeared green put not clear enough.
After stop the sonication, precipitant appeared.
NMP is not useful for ES, it is a good dispersant for EB!
For ES, you may try DMSO. Concentration must be very low, like 0.3% only.
