As I know, the only possible transient analysis in silvaco is in current/voltage variation not materials and their properties. So dynamical movements or processes, (e.g. adding a material and real-time monitoring of its side effect on IV curve) is not possible in silvaco. The only thing you can do in Silvaco is defining a MOSFETs and include the effects of external effects via changing materials properties (e.g. bandgaps, workfunctions, permitivities, ...).
