I have to use a cyclophosphamide solution to deplete neutrophils in mice. The data sheet of Sigma's phosphamide states that it is unstable at room temperature and it is more stable at 4°C. I was wondering if it was okay to freeze it, or if it gets damaged in any way?

Reconstituted with sterile water, cyclophosphamide samples stored at 4 °C or frozen at -20 °C are pretty stable; probable loss might be about 3% over a period of four weeks. I am not sure with the issue of freezing samples distributed in aliquots.
