I have goat blood samples in refrigeration at 10ºC since october to december and I need to know if I can do any evaluations of haematological parameters or biochemistry parameters. Thanks!
The short answer is NO. How were the samples drawn? EDTA? Citrate? hemolysis occurs even at 4C within hours, WBC also die within days after releasing lots of substances ranging from 'basic' stuff such LDH to HMGB-1 and HSPs... so NO again. Depending on biochemistry you may try but I won't trust those results.
