I agree that You can use C18 SPE columns. Inorganic salts such as NaCl probably can removed using water. Peptides can be eluted using solvents containing acetonitrile, water and trifluoroacetic acid (similar to these used for reversed-phase HPLC). Acetonirile can be removed via evaporation. The resulting solutions of peptides in water can be lyophilised.
