I would like to screen organoids for sensitivity to a panel of drugs. In my normal screenings, I coat the cell culture plates approximately 30 - 45 minutes prior to plating the organoids, however, I would like to scale up my screening capabilities and save time. To do this, I would like to plate the cell culture plates with BME the night before I plate the organoids. Is this okay? Will the BME be stable if kept on a plate without medium for that long?
