I have a big problem for calculating ave in amos. is there any one knows its formula? and help me to understand it

You have to calculate manually to get Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Amos do not provide this result. The formula is given by: K^2/n where K= Factor loading, n-the number of item.
Let say you have four items retain in your measurement model: 0.70,0.73, 0.82 and 0.76 of factor loading. So, the calculation is (0.70^2 + 0.73^2 + 0.82^2 + 0.76^2) / 4 = 0.568.

Amos is the perfect soft,but often I use LISREL soft ,so if your want exam your lock in this soft ,you can be contact to me.
if you are using AMOS, this means that your data are entered to the SPSS spread sheet. then you can calculate all what you want in SPSS.

Although AVE cannot be estimated by AMOS, its later version has been able to compute Construct Reliability via a pre-setup AddIn.
It's manual as suggested above. Use the formaula: AVE= Σ Қ2 / n
Қ = factor loading of every item and n = number of items in a model.
