Hi John.

What types of gas were you hoping to use for your plasma?. We have an inductive plasma source here in the NCPST in Dublin City University where we usually run Argon or Argon/O2 plasmas, though the system can be adapted for other gases. Typical plasma parameters are RF power: 20 W - 500 W and 10 mtorr - 400 mtorr with flow rates between 30 - 50 SCCM. The system is described in a paper I published in PSST in 2010: Plasma Sources Sci. Technol. 19 (2010) 065002, so you can get an idea of the system there.

Also, I deal primarily with optical diagnostics techniques here in the NCPST and have access to optical spectrometers(Ocean Optics and Horiba) that can record emission spectra for you. What kind of plasma parameters etc. are you looking to work with?, and what wavelength range were you hoping to record emission spectra over? Let me know and maybe we can organise something for you.
