I am working with a multiobjective optimization problem. The problem include two objective functions. I am using multiobjective genetic algorithm (MOGA). What I am asking whether we can assign a minimum value to both, objective 1 and objective 2 during the optimization.

You can-but, usually, those are the values that you're looking for. If you already know these, then you've already solved your problem. If you're more interested in what configurations of your problem lead to these values, you just monitor the values of the objectives and store the relevant configurations, as your algorithm is running.
Stam Nicolis Thank you for your answer. Actually the optimum value of the objectives may be even less than the assigned minimum value. But I want to discard the values below the assigned minimum. I am using MATLAB and I don't know how to implement this.
