I used two enzymes, phytase and xylanase, to isolate high-purity protein. These two enzymes were previously utilized to extract high-purity protein. However, when I employed the same combination and settings, the quality declined sequentially. The application of phytase resulted in a reduction, whereas xylanase exhibited an even greater decrease; furthermore, the simultaneous use of both phytase and xylanase led to an enhanced reduction. What could be the reasons?
