I am just curious about what would happen if dinosaurs were present in our time. How would they react to the climate? Would they feed on the current flora and fauna? And if the humans (if there are still humans that managed to survive) would make an effort to subdue them, what possible ecological factors could be modified to stop them from thriving?

Why you think that there are no such creatures today? Not all species are found in the Earth. Besides, there are many testimonies of sightings of strange creatures that are similar to dinosaurs, pterosaurs, plesiosaurs. Research yourself.

I don't think that the Dianosaurs would survive the current environment. Gymnospermic group of plants dominated the earth providing them food and shelter when they ruled this planet. However, today the earth has been dominated by the angiospermic group of plants.

in order to answer this question you must approach the question in two aspects. First, what was their eating habit? Would it be possible for them to find food and survive today? Second, how different is the weather today from that time? Is this difference lethal for them?
Answering these questions will get to the conclusion that YES they could live and survive in today's weather. However, as mentioned by Adomas Ragauskas above, reptiles as descendants of dinosaurs are living on earth today.
But dinosaurs are still there ! They did not disapeared. Their modern name is "birds". And yes they do very well in this world.
It is also contempable to have a look at the microbes. Would the immune system of dinosaurs fit to recent microbes, viruses a.s.o. or would they be killed within a short time?
I agree with most of Mason Heiserman's statements but we should add that there was not one "age of dinosaurs" oxygen levels for example were much closer to modern one then, let's say in the Cambrian but in the late Triassic they were lower than today (ca. 15 % vs. 21 %) whereas in the Creatacou they were very similar or slightly higher and CO2 level also fluctuated during the Mesozoic but were generally far higher (with percentages instead of ppm).
So it is vitally important to answer the question what period our non-avian dinosaurs are from. Sauropods from the Upper Jurassic North American Morrison Formation would have no familiarity with angiosperms whereas sauropods from the Upper Cretacous infratrappean beds of the Deccan formation in India would be even used to eat early grasses as part of their diet.
The viruses etc. are also important although I cannot stop but wonder what our reaction to truly ancient viruses would be. With several tens of million years between us our immune system would also not be suited for the strains that do not exist anymore and that were adapted for hosts and their immune systems back then,
Certainly not, There are no ecosystems large enough to sustain the survival of large dinosaurs. More over humans have occupied the whole planet and deserts would be not suitable for them.
