Can crosslinking be carried out on final injection molded polyethylene products?

Hello everyone,

I am working on injection molding of polyethylene and one of the issues I am facing is crosslinking. Is it possible to crosslink the final injection molded part using gamma-ray crosslinking or should it be carried out on the initial raw material (granular PE).

I am unable to find any literature pertaining to this.

Any help is appreciated.
