Theoretically controllable, but practically perhaps not. How can you force 600 Crores of people of our globe to follow eco-friendly life style?
Climate change has caused serious and possibly permanent changes in the state of our geological, biological and ecosystems. The International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) now claims that "there is new and more powerful evidence that most of the warming observed over the last 50 years can be attributed to human activities." These changes have led to many environmental risks to human health, Depletion of the ozone layer, loss of biodiversity, pressures on food-producing systems and the spread of infectious diseases globally. The World Health Organization (WHO) has estimated that 160,000 deaths since 1950 are directly related to climate change. Many think these estimates are conservative. Research conducted at the Hoover Institution by economist Thomas Moore indicated that global warming would lead to higher mortality rates in the United States.
There has been less research on the effects of climate change on health, food availability, economic growth, migration, security, social change and public benefits such as drinking water compared with research on geophysical changes associated with global warming. The effects of humans may be both positive and negative. Climate change in the Siberian region, for example, is expected to improve food production and local economic activities, at least in the short to medium term. However, many studies have indicated that the current and future impacts of climate change on humans and society are negative and will continue to be negative. Most of the adverse effects of climate change are experienced by low- and low-income communities around the world, which are characterized by significant levels of exposure to environmental factors affecting health, In addition to low levels of capacity to adapt to climate change. There are two main derives of the climate changes. The first one is cyclic in a very long periodic time. This one is due to the changes of the position of the earth with the galaxy and the universe. No serious actions can be made to reduce the impacts of these changes on the climate. The second main cause is due to various emissions. These emissions are either naturally (e.g. Volcanic eruptions), or artificially due to human activities. The later issue may be controlled by humans.
