We are looking for antibodies that efficiently label neurons, astrocytes and glial cells from mouse brain through FACS sorting for RNA Seq. We tried various antibodies but it does not work in brain samples. I hope somebody can have used these antibodies for sorting. I will love to hear from you.

we are trying different ab like the cd11b, cd45, cd105a, cd140, o4, etc to try to do a negative sorting of astrocytes.
You can build a panel using fluorofinder.
Anyways you can check paper who are doing these. eg quintana group and DJ baker group.
