I'm studying some series of specimens belonging to this genus, from Asia and Africa: so I need keys and descriptions to classify these bugs harmful to crops.
I knew Winiger's paper, I'm in contact with her. I know also Stal's old papers, but I don't know if there are any rewiews about taxonomy of african & asian species!!
I'm not aware of any African and Asian reviews, but the pest species such as H. halys have often been introduced outside their native range so hopefully the European & US review will cover at least some of the species you want - good luck, and maybe you'll be the person who writes those reviews!
There are some papers written by Distant and Schouteden about the British India and Belgian Congo, but little about taxonomy of the genus Halyomorpha. I suspect that under the name of Halyomorpha halys(in agro-ecological works) there are a lot of different species.
I did a little searching and found the same citations as David. But there is this reference which may be helpful: it is a link to Indian theses hosted by Punjab University.
No key is included but the appendix contains high quality photos of 52 Pentatomids found in India and surrounding areas of Asia. The file is 181 Mb so downloading it may prove to be a challenge. I have it on my computer now - so if you have trouble send me a note and we'll find a way to transfer the file. But the fact that the author, Ravneet Kaur, did not provide a taxonomic key but went with photos to describe these species is a good indication that no key exists. It looks like this was just posted Dec 6, 2013 so this leads me to conclude that of the two entomologists with this name, you are looking for the junior one (still listed as a student on India's Linked-in, though I suspect s/he just graduated). Here is a link to one of the papers published leading up to the thesis.

Dear Tim, your help is really valuable. Thank you for reporting this thesis of a PhD student in India that I'm looking right now and I hope to get some guidance from the bibliography also cited. Through a comparative study between this publication and the older ones written by Stal and Distant, but also with the help of our colleague prof. Rider (N-Dakota University) I hopet to get some needed results in a good level.
I briefly looked at the figures and I think there are some misclassifications, as in the case of Dolycoris and Sciocoris, so I fear that this work is not completely reliable because the author probably knows little about the taxonomy of Pentatomidae and trusted names that were already under specimens. .
There are actually identification keys in the main text in chapter 4!
I totally agree with Paride Dioli about the doubtful reliability of this work. Indeed, there are definitely mistakes and misidentification in the work and the nomenclature is far from being updated... That is a shame because a major nomenclature work has been done and published in the Catalogue of the Palaearctic Catalogue (Aukema & Rieger, 2006).
