One final (unlikely) point of concern. Did you follow the same time Schedule? One of my former collegueas experienced, that the timing of the coffee break during the procedure was crucial for failure or succes! Starting at 8 and coffee at 10 was ok, but starting at 9 and coffee at 10 caused failure as pausing at another point in the procedure was not ok. Quite unexpected!!!!!!

Mostly yes but it is a point to consider in other assays. Thanks a lot prof. @ C.A. (kees) Kan for your help.
