I need to know the pH of apple skin (not the flesh) and I cannot seem to find it anywhere. If you know it or can direct me to where I can learn more that would be appreciated. Thanks!
The pH of the apple skin is not a constant value but a range which may vary due to several factors. It will be within a range from 3.7 to 4.7 indicating weak acidity .
