Actually I have completed M.Phil from Pakistan. Now I have written a paper (related to finance), I want to make it publish soon. So it might help in getting admission in PhD but I could not understand that either this journal is appropriate or not.

It may not carry an impact factor, but I can tell you that it is not categorized by the known Beall's list of predatory publishers. Moreover, it is registered with Google Scholar.
I am not familiar with the field, but I tried to look up the numbers. The journal does not have a Thomson-Reuters impact factor, but what's somewhat more surprising is that it is not even indexed by SJR.

It is indexed by Google Scholar (which is probably the most liberal index out there), which assigns it with an h5 index of 25.

For a journal that publishes a very high number of about 300 articles per year, h-5 index of 25 is not very high. Broadly, it means that just about 2% or so of the papers published in it in the past five years (the journal has been publishing since 2010) were cited more than 25 times. The journal is rather new (started 2010), I am also not familiar with that publisher. I also noticed that the journal charges $200 of processing fees.
My preliminary conclusion is that the journal is not one that maintains very high standards. I would have kept away and turn to a different direction.
