I am trying to quantify PHA in microbes using GC-FID. I am using PHB-PHV co-polymer and benzoic acid from sigma as standards. The concentration of internal standard (benzoic acid) is 500 ppm.

Please suggest how to quantify actual amount of PHB present is cells.
