Photoreaction shows some electon and hole pair on excitation progress. How to calculate about recombination effect of catalysts(TiO2 / SnO2). Please help me through good review or paper.
I think, it is not that easy to answer your question, unless you be more specific about it. However, I would like to add little bit of information here.
Usually, there are three main kinds of "electron-hole pair" recombination in semiconductors: 1) radiative, 2) nonradiative, and 3) shockley-read-hall (SRH). First two are clear by their names and the third one is little bit more than that (and I would suggest you to read the link, below).
Besides,, if you were asking for the measurements, i.e. to get the quantitative data I would suggest you to measure the photoluminescence spectra (not a quantitative unless you identify the recombination is only of radiative type). In this case, the recombination process, however, is a bit more complicated to be measured or observed that is based on the fact that the photogenerated charges can undergo a recombination or disappear without leading to any chemical reactions.
