VitroCom has 100 um borosilicate glass capillaries. Generally, capillaries don't come with direct connections. You need to use connectors for delivering the fluid to the device via syringe pump.

I just need to visualize 1 um polystyrene particles suspended in water flowing through a 100 um capillary. If I will get 100 um capillary with connectors my job will be easy. Can u suggest some connectors otherwise which i can connect easily to the 100 um capillary.

If using glass capillary is not obligatory than we also suggest using 100um PDMS channels (which is rectangular, not circular).

I need glass capillary as suspended particles what I use may stick to the PDMS surface resulting in poor visualizations using the microscope.

A simple and quick solution may be taping around the ends of glass capillary till it become thick enough to fit into silicone tubing. Than the silicon tubing can be connected to syringe easily. If you have not tried similar set up previously.

I have a similar setup for running my experiment. The easiest and cheapest way is to connect the glass capillary to a capillary connector with the help of a conical structure. When you screw the connector onto the capillary, the conical part will get tightened and it won't allow the fluid to leak. You can mount your syringe onto the pump and directly connect it to this connector using another syringe connectors of the same company (no need for silicone tubing). There are many companies that sell those parts.

You will, however, need to have an approx. similar size of the glass capillary that you are using. So it doesn't matter where you buy the capillary from, you only need the size of capillary to buy those connectors.
