My main research interest is focused on sustainable multifunctional component of the city urbanized area. Method of the doctoral thesis is based on research by design applied on main university campus of Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra. And I´m searching for good literature to find out how can I implement this method to my thesis.

Miroslav - as far as I am aware there is no such method. I believe that it is a colloquial saying for using a purposeful approach to any research study.
Dean Whitehead as I know this method can be explain as a method through very detailed graphic analysis. But it’s very hard to say, that research by design is on the same level as other reaserches.

Research by Design referred to also as Research through Design (as well as other interpretations, such as Research for Design and Research on Design) stands for a contemporary research approach in Landscape Architecture, thus I strongly disagree with Dean Whitehead. There is definitely such a method of research, especially in design oriented professions, which landscape architecture certainly is.
Perhaps the two most substantial book publications that you should come across in your review are:
Deming, M. Elen, Swaffield, Simon. 2011. Landscape Architecture Research: Inquiry, Strategy, Design. Hoboken: Wiley, 256 p. ISBN 978-0-470-56417-2.
Van den Brink, Adri, Bruns, Diedrich, Tobi, Hilde, Bell, Simon (Eds.). 2017. Research in Landscape Architecture: Methods and Methodology. London and New York: Routledge, 316 p. ISBN 978-1-138-02093-1.
Besides these two, there are many journal publications, e.g. in Journal of Landscape Architecture.

Following Attila's answer, I recommend you to have a look at Taeke de Jong's publications. He, being an architect, considered research by design (design research) as appropriate in those cases where both the context and the object are determined. While dissecting the constrains of design for research, he highlights the potential design has to "discovering improbable possibilities", probably that's why architects and landscapers are more fond to engage in research by design.

Dear Ms. Mofrad, hope you are doing very well, as you know in your PhD study you need to find new outcomes and criteria or advice in the area of " multifunctional component of the city urbanized area" that can lead and followed to be implemented and end to the design or can be achieved in design, with the ability that I know from you I am sure you will find a lot of innovative ideas that can be followed to be implemented and achieved in the design stage that would be named " benchmarks of sustainable design in the city urbanized area" , ....
