You must specificate more of what you want. A tissue like the kidney have thousands of cells and this cells have or generate milles of metabolits that can have a potential secuence for producing antibodies.
If you want a complete list of antibodies for the humand kidney, better look in the databases for tissues antibodies. Two pages i can recommend you: NCBI.org and Expasy.org
That is a little tooo vague. It is like saying is there an antibody to indicate an animal is a human. There are many proteins and cell types in the kidney. Each of which have their unique protein profile. If you just want to see if there are cells, you can use GAPDH, which is ubiquitously expressed.
