The CHELSA dataset might be useful to you: https://chelsa-climate.org/ Resolution is ~1km, but I'm not sure if you'll be able to get much better than that.

Thank you Elizabeth A. Hunter and Pietro Milanesi . I reviewed the site that you had suggested. I am in search of datasets(Temperature and precipitation) from 2015-20 specially for Asia (Nepal). I couldn't find such data there. If there are any other sites feel free to suggest. Thank you again.
