I would start with the classics, ELM or Chaiken's heuristic-systematic processing.
Petty, R. E., & Cacioppo, J. T. (1986). The elaboration likelihood model of persuasion (pp. 1-24). Springer New York.
Then, the prospect theory:
Kahneman, D., & Tversky, A. (1979). Prospect theory: An analysis of decision under risk. Econometrica: Journal of the Econometric Society, 263-291.
Then, possibly, fuzzy-trace theory or regulatory focus literature.
Reyna, V. F., & Brainerd, C. J. (1991). Fuzzy‐trace theory and framing effects in choice: Gist extraction, truncation, and conversion. Journal of Behavioral Decision Making, 4(4), 249-262.
Higgins, E. T. (1998). Promotion and prevention: Regulatory focus as a motivational principle. Advances in experimental social psychology, 30, 1-46.
If your question goes beyond the classics, I think, you ought to narrow it to a topical or focused application.
Seems to me you are looking for the behaviours of individuals in an organisational context, if this is the case, then this might be a good reference for you (check the index to make sure): Brooks, Ian : Organisational Behaviour: Individuals, Groups and Organisation.

On forecasting of entrepreneurial behavior in Russia I have an article in Russian language with English abstract (see enclosed). It states in particular that CSR maturity in SME depends on the length of entrepreneurial experience. Also my University colleague Prof. Alexeev is writing on "Empirical Studies to Develop the Views of D.Kahneman on Entrepreneurial Intuition (Russian entrepreneurship)" - his paper shall be published as Kyoto Institute of Economic Research Discussion paper hopefully in October.
