The information on ecosystem services is rather scattered in various journals, apart those dealing explicitly with Ecosystem Service. I'd rather suggest to follow the site of the Ecosystem Services Partnership (ES-Partnership; http://www.es-partnership.org/esp/79035/5/0/50) that was launched in 2008 by the Gund Institute for Ecological Economics (University of Vermont, USA). The ES-Partnership consists of institutional and individual members. In this site there is a plenty of information on what is going on on this matter around the world.
I agree with Giovanni, ESP is relevant. Associated with ESP is the journal:
Ecosystem Services - Science, Policy and Practice, from Elsevier.
'ES is an international, interdisciplinary journal that deals with the science, policy and practice of Ecosystem Services in the following disciplines: ecology and economics, institutions, planning and decision making, economic sectors such as agriculture, forestry and outdoor recreation, and all types of ecosystems.'
Check also for new developments in the IPBES .This process is currently rapidly developing with starting global and regional assessments of biodiversity and ecosystem services.
I fully agree with Giovanni and Theo. The specific journals on ecosystem services have yet not a very high influence / impact (also caused by the broadness of field), might (perhaps) get better with the time. We published ecosystem services-related papers in Ecological Modelling, Current Opinion in Environmental Sustainablity, Ecological Economics, or even in Environmental Modelling & Software - which confirms the latter two comments.

Hi Jean, it all depends on the work and its impact. What I would do is search a publication database and see where work has been published. You can use Scopus, Web of Science, Science Direct or the like and analyse the results with their software. The attachment contains an analysis from Scopus looking at the terms “ecosystem function”, “ecosystem good”, “ecosystem goods” and “ecosystem service”; I included both good and goods as they return different results, unlike service/services and function/functions. I cut the table at 70 papers so it includes most of the journals mentioned earlier. For all the terms, Ecological Economics is the most popular; for just ecosystem function look at Ecology; ecosystem good try Ecological Applications; ecosystem goods and ecosystem services have most hits in Ecological Economics. These are all traditional reputable journals with reasonable impact factors (Ecological Economics 2.855, Ecology 5.175 and Ecological Applications 3.815); you may also want to think of time to publication. Have a look at their remit and instructions to authors and maybe skim one or two papers – the structure for some journals may better suit your work.
One final point, we are all encouraged to publish in open access journals (such as Plos One in the list), so the material is freely available. We see two routes to publication with the Gold standard requiring you to pay the Article Processing Charges up front and the article is immediately available. A lot of the traditional journals are starting to offer this but still many have a Green option where publication follows the traditional approach and the readers (or their institutions) not the authors have to pay for material and it is not open for an embargo period (may be 2 years). Your institution may offer advice here and possibly cover fees.
You can submit your work in various reputed journal, such as Ecological Indicators, Journal of Cleaner Production, Ecological Economics, Ecosystem Services, Ecological Modelling, Ecological Complexity, Journal of Environmental Management etc.
