Hi! In an experimental setup you may be able to measure the binding affinity of a TF to its promoter by using CHiP. You would have to obtain a dose-response curve of TF-binding with respect to the TF concentration. Then use Michaelis Menten kinetics to estimate the binding affinity. Best, K
