Can anyone suggest me literature which can guide me with the designing of piezoresistors in polymer pressure sensor?

I wish to fabricate low pressure piezoresistive polymer pressure sensor. I would like to go through literature/book which guide me with designing/configuration of piezoresitor in the diaphragm.
