In the "structure search" section you may search for molecular structure by chemical name, both IUPAC or trivial names. This is not an open source site, but usually University and other institutions have access to this database.

You have MarvinBeans (http://www.chemaxon.com/products/marvin/) which have a drawing tool (Marvin Sketch) with an 'Import Name...' function linked to a database. You put the name (like verapamil) and it will get the structure!
