The adhesive should have the following properties.
1) Water resistant/ water proof
2) Heat resistant (up to around 200°C)
3) Low viscosity (because it is easier to work with)
4) Most importantly, not reactive with metal oxide (SnO2).
Previously, I used Super-glue which contains Ethyl Cyanoacrylate (ECA). It has all the previously mentioned properties except, it changes the electrical property of SnO2 (according to our experiment) upon contact. Even the fume from ECA changes the electrical property of SnO2. I have attached an article link that might help understand the reason for this.
I am searching for an adhesive, that is similar to ECA, but does not react or change the electrical property of metal oxides.
