Can anyone suggest me a way to validation of viability assays and cell density using TC20 Automated cell counter ? What do I need ?

are you still using TC20? The automated cell counting is no longer expensive. There is a company in the UK that invented a washer system to wash all types of disposable cell counter slides over and over again so that you no longer need to buy disposable slides.
