:) Thank you so much. Since I couldn't find any solution I carried out the water extraction and NMR showed peaks for Cl product. So I'm going to add some azide again. Thank you for your advice.

I am using Sodium azide/ DMF at 55 C overnight as my reaction conditions. Do you think this is good enough ?
