we may faced problem in removing plant extract from silver nano particles. If we check pharmacological activity as such we may not able to discuss the exact mechanism by which these particles show the activity.
Centrifuge your nanoparticles at 5000 rpm for 20 minutes, then re-dispersed them in absolute ethanol and centrifuge again. You will get dispersed nanoparticles

Please find some article, where such technique is utilized.
A complete removal of the soluble compounds is difficult, since there will always remain some adsorbed substances on the nanoparticles.
You can centrifugate the solution, wash/rinse the concentrate with ultrapure water, repeat the centrifugation and the washing some more times. So you dilute the impurities.
Another possibility is by dialysis.

So many literature are collection are there on green synthesis. if you will not use any capping agent or use very less amount. than particle formation tends to purity. after centrifuge by water wash or methanol you can remove any capping agent.
by washing using sonication with combination of polar and non polar solvent. Wash centrifuge and wash again and again, at-least 3 times
