If your paper is accepted for publication, you can tell to editor you have no sufficient funding for publication fees. I think no journal will reject a good paper just because of that. You just have to be honest and let them know your situation well.

As far as I know, most journals only charge fees for the open-access publications (and even in this case exceptions are made for certain publications). Try Biochimica et Biophysica Acta or something like that.
Better yet, take a look at the papers you are about to cite in your study: probably, the journals that published these papers will accept yours as well.
