Can anyone suggest any free GPS post processing software which will process stop and GO data?

I had topcon *.tps files of Stop and Go DGPS survey. I want to process the data by any free software. I had converted the tps files to Rinex format and process it with rtklib software. but it is not showing the point id after processing.
