I willing to discuss about a various cfd packages which are use across the world but before going to start discussion i just want to share it my experience with you so it
will help you to give your suggestion in a specific way.
A one week ago i gave a introductory presentation session on practical approach of cfd to the under graduate and post graduate student.
During this session i deal with the basic approach of cfd with ANSYS package (which are as pre-processing, solver & post processing ) through basic example.
So i willing to make things easy for a new learners so they can easily learn things about cfd.
hence I need your suggestion regarding to selecting a cfd software package which give me an idea to provide an effective way of learning which one a bit easy to understand for the young cfd learns.
please suggest various packages behalf of this points:
- that software packages more user friendly GUI.
-that software packages tutorial easily available over internet.
-that can be use easily with having basic knowledge of cfd models.
please suggest separate packages for -
Meshing
solver
post processing

I suggest you a free software solution :
Salome-platform for geometry and meshing
OpenFoam as the solver (no GUI...)
and Paraview for post-processing
I suggest the Comsol multiphysics for your target. Because this is so friendly software.

I suggest you to try STAR-CCM+ , very user friendly GUI. It is simple,easy to use and providing a lot of customization compared to its commercial counterparts. Rigorous development with 3 cycles a year bringing a lot brand new and enhanced features making the code more efficient and effective.

I think that Ansys is a powerful CFD Package. It is very easy to use it in the actual interface (Ansys 15) and specially if you use Workbench. For combustion and heat and mass transfer problems Fluent is very recommended. For turbomachinery problems, I propose using CFX. For meshing you can use ICEM CFD. If the geometry is very complex, I prefer using Solidworks
