I work at a sports specialist school in Melbourne, Australia and we would like to introduce a pre training neuromuscular fatigue protocol that would allow us to assess the students readiness to train.
I am currently working with professional athletes and I use two consecutive CMJ with a linear encoder wich provides some kinetic and kinematic variables, if you only have the jump mat I think the most significant variable is the Q index.
Thanks Leandro. Ill have a read of the article and move from there. I'm in control of 100+ junior developing athletes most of which are state and/or national level. We are trying codevelop a means to determine, if and by how much, their neuromuscular readiness to train. Thanks again.
