Can anyone suggest a good Scopus or SCI index journal in science and technology for young researchers? The journal is good in the sense the journal is peer-reviewed, takes a reasonable time for review, and has a good acceptance rate and good communication process(gives an early response if I have some quarry).

You can use the journal finder platform. It is already available for publishers like Elsevier, springer, etc. There you can get the idea of acceptance rate, review time, aims and scope, etc. based on your paper title and abstract. Most relevant journals would be displayed based on your research area if you use these platforms.
Good Scopus or SCI index journal in science and technology matching to your research , you can find out from the Scopus or SCI index lists.
The lists provided by Dr Sushant Gupta and Dr Dang T. Nguyen are very interesting, I recommend you to check them.
