I have the same problem...

what do you use for blocking? i'm tried whit 5%skim milk in TBS plus tween and 2.5% non fat milk in TBS+ tween but the result is not so much different.....

I tried both 5% non-fat milk and 5% BSA,but i can see the 75KDa non-specific band,is that the same as yours?

I see the 130 KDa non specific band.....
