A validated, widely cited scale for Agile Talent Management is still emerging, but you can adapt constructs from related areas like workforce agility, HR agility, and talent management practices. Some researchers use scales on organizational agility and talent management dimensions (e.g., Attract, Develop, Retain) as proxies. If you need a ready-to-use tool, I’d suggest checking recent HRM journals for empirical studies on agile HR practices and adapting their measurement items, ensuring reliability testing (Cronbach’s alpha, CFA) in your own context.
