January 2015 new MA applications will have clinical trial data published, however there is not going to be a retroactive publication of trial data for older drugs.

There is a two step approach, so initially there will not be individual patient data (IPD) published but detailed information about the studies will be made available. IPD will be made available after consultation with stakeholders as far as I can understand.
