Analyzing data needs a data analysis program, not a survey program. It looks like Survey Pro will export your data to an analysis program. You can go as simple as Excel or as complex as SPSS for that. How does Survey Pro export the data?
I usually use the SPSS to analyse the data of KAP studies. Many surveys use the Likert scale of 5 points. So you can add the points of each question (considering that they have the same weight) to get a final score. For instance, if you have 20 questions the final mark would be out of 100 (5 X 20 = 100). Of course you need to calculate the frequencies for each question in order to know the area where there is a defect in knowledge or practice.
