have you tried the one developed for the imported case into Germany. I have not worked with it myself, but the guys at the Bernhard-Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine in Hamburg usually develop sensitive and robut tests. Check it out, or contact Jonas directly, he is a nice guy.
