I would like a rabbit ant-human p53 antibody that is suitable for immunogold labelling TEM of cells prepared by a minimal, cold (4deg C throughout) fixative (4% formaldehyde/0.1% glutaraldehyde) and embedding (Unicryl resin) protocol.

Thanks Goodwin. Ideally I'd prefer a rabbit antibody, as I have a good mouse antibody for my other protein-of-interest that I want to double label for with p53, but I could use a rabbit antibody for it instead. The label density in the images in this article also seems rather low, but if it's nice and specific, I could give it a try.

The best p53 rabbit antibody I used is FL393, but I am not sure if it is suitable for your purpose.
