Yes, There is a method to collect mouse liver cell. After collection mouse liver in a sterile medium you have to scraped the liev in the medium with the help of a scraper bled. Collect the scraped materials with the mediun and pass through a filter cone pore size of 20-30 .micron (bigar than the size of neutrophils). The collect the passed medium with cell and make a ficoll hypaque solution a-density gentrification medium and collect the PBMC in sterile condition.

Neutrophils never come in PBMC fraction of ficoll hypaque gradient. PBMCs are devoid of granulocytes. Blood is a good source of neutrophils and suitable for Histopaque gradient fractionation.
