I am actually experimenting on multiplexing of sensors using CDM technique, but I need sensor heads that are actually based on intensity power variation not wavelength. Can anybody recommend one??? A sensor that can sense vibration and the intensity of the light passing through it will change. I thought of microbend, but it seems to not be available on the market.

I wasn't sure from your question if you are able to fabricate your own sensors/heads or if you need to purchase them. Since you say you are experimenting with CDM techniques perhaps you do have facilities to construct your own sensors. If this is the case then there are numerous published designs of intensity-based vibration sensors. For example, see the review article by Garcia et al.[Yoany Rodríguez García, Jesús M. Hi Peter, I actually want to buy. I have checked the particular paper you recommended ealier, it was useful though suggested like Microbend and FBG but I doubt if microbend is available in the market while FBG is wavelength based. I would have prefer microbend. I am also thinking of using two collimators but I am trying to avoid loss through external influence.
